Indigenous Waves is a celebration of Indigenous cultures; locally, nationally and globally. Through music, storytelling, interviews, panel discussions, art, and humour we explore the diversity of Indigenous Peoples. Jenny Blackbird is a Nehiyaw/Finnish-Canadian multi-disciplinary artist, producer and co-host for Indigenous Waves. Jenny works at The Centre for Indigenous studies (U of T) as coordinator for Ciimaan/Kahuwe’ya/Qajaq Indigenous Language Initiative program.
