Indigenous History of Lacrosse Workshop

Participate in the passion and spirit of culture and lacrosse, and experience the connection between sport and community. In this active workshop, participants will play and learn about Haudenosaunee stick and ball games in celebration of Indigenous History Month and National Indigenous Peoples Day. No previous skills or knowledge are required, all students are welcome!

• Open to all Indigenous and non-indigenous students interested in learning about the history of lacrosse
• Features Indigenous workshop leader Kevin Sandy
• Come dressed in clothing suitable for physical activity and bring a water bottle (and sunscreen!)
